Attorney Lin holds a master's degree in law at National Chengchi University. She successfully passed the Taiwan Bar Examination during her studies. She also participated in many activities of Judicial Reform Foundation and Environmental Jurists Association, and was awarded the "Outstanding Student Representative of National Chengchi University".
Attorney Lin has handled many cases related to entertainment business of the film, television and music industry, artist management, trademark rights and copyright. The clients she represents include well-known music producers, international record labels, well-known artists and Internet celebrities. She has also drafted contracts regarding international film co-production, film distribution, screenwriting, music licensing, e-sports broadcast licensing, derivative product licensing, advertiser sponsorship, artist endorsement and so on. Attorney Lin has assisted in dealing with the disputes over the coporate control of a local company in Taiwan with a century-old history, and has been involved in handling artworks, real estate contract disputes, family affairs, and labor cases. During her practice, she has also successfully assisted clients in trademark applications, opposition, invalidation, revocation and litigation cases.
At the same time, Attorney Lin often provides legal opinions on emerging copyright issues such as Internet, streaming, and live broadcasting for online news media companies, multinational communication software companies, and well-known e-commerce platforms, as well as labor disputes (such as termination, non-compete agreements).
