Attorney Chiaying Lin was invited by the Sports Administration of Taiwan to serve as a lecturer at the 113th Coaches and Referees Enhancement Workshop.

Attorney Lin's lecture topic was "Intellectual Property Issues in Sports Marketing." She introduced marketing theories, sports marketing, and potential intellectual property issues that sports marketing might encounter, particularly trademark law and unfair competition law.

Attorney Lin specifically discussed the types of ambush marketing and introduced relevant advertising regulations for the Olympics Paris 2024.
