On May 27, 2024, Attorney Kaicheng Lo was invited by the Department of Health of Taoyuan City Government  to give a lecture on "Legal Issues of Dementia." He analyzed specific cases and court rulings to address practical problems encountered in guardianship declarations, assistance declarations, and voluntary guardianship cases. Additionally, he introduced the practical operations of statutory support obligations and family care agreements. He also shared real-life examples and the framework of elder care trusts, testamentary trusts, and testamentary substitute trusts to protect the legal rights of individuals with dementia.
